DAY 1
Aberdares
Drive north through fertile farmlands to the Aberdare Country Club for lunch. Afternoon transfer to The Ark, perched 7000ft high in the Aberdare Mountains, for dinner and overnight game-viewing. (L,D). 195Kms/3Hours

DAY 2
Sweet Water Tented Camp
After breakfast return to The Aberdare Country Club to rejoin your transport and proceed to Sweetwaters Tented Camp with a brief stop at the Equator where you may do a simple water test to ascertain the magnetic effect on the north & south of the equator. Proceed to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for the afternoon game drive where we shall visit Morani the Rhino and the chimpanzee sanctuary (the only one in Kenya) taking a short boat ride along Ewaso Nyiro river to see these magnificent creatures. Thereafter continue with the game drive in search of the rare black rhinos, lions, elephants, giraffes and other game. Return for dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Full Board.

DAY 3
SWTC / Shaba
After breakfast depart for Shaba Game Reserve set in the rugged semi-arid northern region with spectacular scenic landscape. The Ewaso Nyiro River dotted with doum palms meanders through the reserve giving it an oasis setting and the Sarova Shaba Lodge set on the banks of the river is an oasis of fauna and flora with sparkling spring water flowing and cascading throughout the lodge grounds. We will visit a Samburu Manyatta (the Samburu are cousins of the Maasai tribe and are pastoralists) to see how the tribe lives in this harsh surrounding to arrive in time for lunch at Sarova Shaba Lodge. In the afternoon depart on an exciting game-viewing drive in search of game found only north of the equator that include the long necked gerenuk, grevy zebra, reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx and the Somali ostrich. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Full board.

DAY 4
Sambulu / Buffalo Springs
After an early breakfast cross over to the nearby Samburu and Buffalo Springs Game Reserve for a full morning's exciting game-viewing drive in search of the 'big five', other wildlife and a large number of bird species. Pass by the local school and church where we will mingle with the children and offer gifts of pens, clothes and other items that is well received and appreciated. The children may even sing for us! Return to the lodge for lunch and a well deserved afternoon of leisure splashing in the most beautiful swimming pools ever created in the wild! Dinner and overnight in Sarova Shaba Lodge. Full Board

DAY 5
Shaba / MKSC
After breakfast depart for the luxurious Mount Kenya Safari Club to arrive in good time for lunch. Simply 'relax and unwind' in the well manicured gardens of the club with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Mt. Kenya or enjoy optional activities such as golf, horse riding, the art gallery and orphanage, where you can see the rare white rhino. Overnight with all meals at Mount Kenya Safari Club. (B,L,D). 180Kms/3hours.

DAY 6
MKSC / Mara
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for the flight to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the most famous of Kenya's Game Reserves. Arrive at Mara Safari Club in time to relax before lunch. After lunch and perhaps a swim in the lodge's swimming pool depart at 4PM on a game-viewing drive in search of the 'Big Five' and other plains game. Dinner & overnight at Mara Safari Club. Full Board (The lodge has some after dinner entertainment in the form of a talk and/or slide show.).

DAY 7
Ngorongoro Crater
Full day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game-viewing drives in search of the 'Big Five' and other plains game. All meals & overnight at Mara Safari Club. (B,L,D).

Optional Activity
Balloon Safari over the Mara plains followed by a champagne breakfast.
